The Pacific Groundfish Quota Program Workshop I: September 26-28, 2010 – Videos and Presentations
The 2010 workshop held in Santa Rosa, CA, leading up to the implementation of catch shares in the West Coast groundfish trawl fishery, which went “on the water” in January, 2011.
This brief video captures some key concepts from the 2010 Santa Rosa meeting of West Coast trawl fishermen.

In this ten-minute video Brian outlines some of the steps that fishermen should consider taking as their fishery transitions to catch shares.
